Right now we don’t have such functionality to make the attachments compulsory in our plugin, but thanks for the suggestion we will try to add the same in the upcoming updates of the plugin.

As we checked, the Quantity field is not showing only for subscription products.
Because customers can not buy more than one subscription in a single transaction at a time that’s why it is not showing.Because multiple subscriptions features are not available in our free version, this feature is available in our pro version only.

It may be a concern with some third party plugin or theme issue, could you please check once by deactivating the other plugin one by one or by using the default WooCommerce storefront theme, if further, the issue will not resolve then shared the setting screenshot for the same, along with frontend order detail page, so that we can check and help you out.

As we can see that you’re using some third-party plugin for booking and WooCommerce booking type products for your booking site, but currently our plugins are not compatible with these plugins and products.
