The error shows that there is an issue with the Hubspot portal connection. Please try to reconnect after clearing the site and server’s cache. If there is any cache plugin activated, please deactivate it temporarily before connecting the portal.

As there are the same products on both the sites, the Line item could be synced when the external object id is different from the old one i.e the line item external object id has to be changed for the site in which there is no line item synced and then the re-syncing has to be performed.

From the log file shared by you, there’s an issue with the line item not getting associated, since both the sites have same products.
A line item is created once for the old site, then it will not be created and associated again on the same portal.

Thanks for using our plugin!This may be an issue with some third party plugin or theme, please check once by deactivating the third party plugin one by one also please try to check once with one of the woocommerce standard theme, if further any issue then please let us know.

You can click on disconnect the store from our plugin’s dashboard, tick the popped-up checkbox and then reconnect the store. Start syncing the data, it’ll re-sync.

Please make sure that your site title on WooCommerce is not more than 100 characters as the error states ” Store Label must be not empty and less than or equal to 100 characters” if it is more than that please edit it to less than 100.
Once it’s edited, disconnect and reconnect the store with Hubspot and let us know if it’s solved or not.

Yes, you can connect two more stores to HubSpot but it won’t go to different pipeline or separate lists. It will be created under different stores. Screenshot attached( https://nimb.ws/c8BFY3 ) for reference. You can differentiate and filter out the contacts through the property “Source store”.

Might be there is a cache issue, if there is any cache plugin activated then please deactivate it temporarily while connecting and clear out the cache of the server end, then try to reconnect.
