I have now tried it also under Mac + Firefox, and also see the issue. Are you sure you noticed it? The jitter is rather small, and with the default images difficult to detect, unless you compare, e.g., under Chrome. Please, move the mouse slowly, and make sure that the movement of images is a kind of discrete rather than smooth (in Firefox). I have install an instance of WP + Zerif Lite for test, please check it here – http://tmp.aphi.kz.
I have checked it under Chrome from MS Windows 10, Ubuntu 16.04 and Mac OS – the parallax is smooth. But in Firefox, from the same three machines, the movement is discrete.
