ich habe noch eine Frage. Auf einer anderen Seite nutze ich schon Paypal Plus. Sie ist aber noch nicht live. Die Seite ist auch auf englisch übersetzt mit WPML.
Ich habe jetzt eine Testbestellung gemacht auf der englischen Seite. Dennoch war Lieferadresse in Deutschland und es wurde auch Lastschrift angezeigt und ich wollte die Test Bestellung mit Lastschrift bezahlen. Es wurde aber jedes mal angezeigt: “Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten” Kann das damit zusammenhängen, dass ich von der englischen Version aus die Bestellung gemacht habe, weil Lastschrift ja außerhalb Deutschlands nicht zur Verfügung steht?
Zweite Frage ist: Trotz abgebrochener Bezahlvorgänge habe ich jedes Mal eine Bestellbestätigung erhalten. Am Ende hatte ich 3 oder 4 Bestellbestätigungen im Posteingang obwohl die Zahlung noch gar nicht durchgegangen war. Das verwirrt einen Kunden natürlich komplett. Kann man das irgendwie vermeiden?

danke für die schnelle Antwort. Wir hatten bisher nur ein Geschäftskonto aufgemacht. Mir war nicht bewusst, dass Paypal Plus separat noch beantragt werden muss. Dann hats wohl daran gelegen. Ich wundere mich etwas, dass man die Id´s und Secrets überhaupt anlegen kann, wenn man noch gar kein Paypal Plus Konto hat, aber naja. Also das heißt wenn dann der Paypal Plus Account angelegt ist über das Geschäftskonto und die ID und das Secret haben wir ja auch für das Konto angelegt. Dann müsste auch alles funktionieren oder gibt es noch einen weiteren Schritt, den man beachten muss?

In reply to: [PayPal Plus for WooCommerce] Payments are not workingHey, you didn´t answer my question properly. So could the error been due to the same email adress of the test order and the email adress that is behind my Paypal Account?????!
And moreover, what happend to the Express Ceckout Button. It used to be where it should be but now it is all over the place??????!

thanks for your reply. But I can receive orders/payments from all other countries as well, can´t I?!
My Shop is registered in Germany. I don´t think this was the problem.
It actually worked when I changed the eMail Address for the order. At the first attempts I entered the email address that is also behind the Paypal Account to which the Payment was made.
Could this have caused a bug?
