Note, I also tried deactivating my plugins without any improvement.

    Hello again.

I have installed Firefox and I have the same result. No resolution selection and a subtitle button that is messed up.

Thank you for looking into this.

    Good day!

I have followed your instructions and cleared my cache. I have no cache managing plugin installed on my WP. I also have loaded the site on Internet Explorer which I never used for my site and had the same result.

One thing I failed to mention is that my pages are in Lifter LMS as they are online lessons. I don’t think this would cause an issue as the lesson pages created by lifter LMS use the standard templates.

I have to head out to work now but I’ll install Mozilla Firefox when I get back and test on it.

Thank you for your time and efforts.

Hi, I’m sorry, just a quick update, the off center issue was my fault. But I still can’t see my resolution selection. Even when I go full screen I don’t see it. Only the subtitles with a messed up button but they work.

    Hello Team-Ok!

I have just noticed a problem today. The media window is kind of messed up. The play button is not centered. I can’t see the menu to choose the resolution anymore and the menu to select the subtitles is messed up but still works.

Is there any way I can go back to the previous version?

    Thank you

I am not sure but I think the ctrl click fixed the issue.

    Hello!

Sorry for the delay. I was on a tow week holiday.

I just tried your instructions step by step and it worked. I have to figure out what I’m doing wrong on the other pages.

Thank you so much for your help.

Ok, yes I think I still have settings in the WordPress Video details. Let me remove them and see….

No I’m sorry it doesn’t work. Even when I remove the video from the page it still removes the second subtitle option when I update the page. You say it works for you?

I don’t need playlists at all. I’m making an online course and using Lifter LMS so each video is on a separate page.

Ok, it is ALMOST working perfectly.

When I add a second language it only keeps the top one. So I setup two subtitle files in the settings but when I hit refresh, the second one disappears.

    Otherwises it’s perfect!!!

    Thank you

Thank you! This is strange, I came to check randomly, the system didn’t send me a message that someone had replied…

I got the file, I will try it and get back to you.

    Thank you

Oh wow! This is fantastic news! As I really don’t need anything fancy other than those two features, it would be perfect for me. My product is an international product so subtitles are crucial for my market penetration.

I still have a couple of months of generating my lessons. I will wait to hear from you.

    Again, thank you so much.
