I am having the same issue and am a bit irritated because it is creating confusion on pricing on one of the sites I support. I am going to hack their code to make it work but this really should be an out of the box option for a paid plugin addon!

There is no 404 error it is just blank, complete white screen page. http://lwsolutions.us/store/shop/
I just saved the permalinks and that did not work.
