I have read great reviews and suggestions for your plugin.
I have complied similar requests to mine from three different individuals.
I have many agents and do not want them to access the backend or manipulate the front end.
It would be better if you can only display the number of tickets for the logged in user/defined group of users. And for the customer to select the appropriate expert for support. For quality control purpose, I (admin) would like to monitor and review the conversations of all the experts.It would be great if you could include the requests in your next update – soon!

The ticket shall then only be available to that client and expert.Client fills out form to register as a user and another form where he chooses what fruit he needs expert help with. he is then shown a list of apple experts from where he can choose one to open a ticket with.

I have a similar requirement to your proposal. However, as an ADMIN I would like monitor/review the conversations of all the experts?Perhaps this might be the quick fix solution, until someone comes up with a solution!
