Thanks for replying so quickly. Sorry I’m rather late in my reply.
The problem is of purely technical character: uploads for a user who forgot (or chose not to) check the box when first using the form simply won’t work. But the main problem is that, to that user, everything seems to work: progress bar lands at 100% and the user sees a message that the file was uploaded successfully. And the email about the upload gets sent to the administrator. But the file is nowhere to be found.
Uploads from other users, the ones who did check the box, work just fine.
I thought it would be neat to include that checkbox, but my workaround is that I present a similar text next to the upload button that “by uploading files you agree to …” So now the plugin works the way I want to.
I really like your plugin, by the way. I mainly wanted to report this because I think it’s a bug. And I think you would be able to easily reproduce it and hopefully fix it, if you want. 🙂
