it’s not running under WPMU, you can rename the walker to bypass this error, in the next release i’m changing the walker method, this one creates conflict with other category restriction plugin.
I’m going to release some bug fixes this week (mostly warning handling), and after that i should be releasing post type support, maybe the third week in July, rules by number of categories should be ready around that second release

And i’m already working on post type support. First version does not support post type based rules tho.
