I assume the issue started with this plugin called Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce, I deleted it, reinstalled and reset the previous settings, and customized again as my need. Its working fine now.

Thank you for your response. Yes the issue came out due to some conflict of the plugins. Its solved now.

You can't react to a message with a reply-to addressIt doesn’t send the order notification boxes with the invoice attachments instead it sends HTML code to both end, customers and us.
