Hi vadimcleantalk,
Thanks for your prompt response.
I have since been in contact with my website host (Siteground). They kindly disabled the plugin and I was able to delete it and then install a new version. The problem no longer exists.
Thanks once again.
Alan
Hi @katereji
Thanks so much for tip. It worked!
Much appreciated. Cheers!I had this issue recently. I went through the procedure posted by @amagsumov without any problems, however the Error Log (above) still remans after refreshing the page.
I also logged out then in again, but the problem remains.
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
Hi Dimitry,
I implemented the changes you recommended. There was no change except the G Optimiser Memcache now produces an ERROR (saying, The URL is not cached).
It seems I am unable to get rid of this ERROR flag.
I then placed the plugin into Troubleshoot Mode with only the Optimiser Activated, and still it produces the ERROR flag after the Cache has been purged.
There seems to be a systemic problem here. Once Cleantalk’s Antispam plugin was activated, it seems it sent this command into the header, which said cache-controlno-cache, must-revalidate, max-age=0 as detected on GTmetrix.
I need some real assistance here Dimitry. My website performance is getting worse all the time.
GTmetrix

TBT 0ms
CLS 0First Contentful Paint 2.1s
Speed Index 2.9s

Backend Duration 836ms
Fully Loaded Time 9.2sAnything you can help me with – especially getting the Memcache working again would be most appreciated.

Alan
Thanks for that. I’ll get onto it.
Many thanks!
Hello amagsumov – thanks for the assistance.
Firstly, I actioned the procedure as stated – and checked it twice before proceeding.
I then did a check with SG Optimiser to see if the URLs were in the Memcache, but I received the Error message once again.
I disconnected the WP Rocket plugin, but the Error Returned
I disconnected the Anti-Spam by CleanTalk plugin, but the Error Returned
I assumed that with all plugins disconnected (except SG Optimiser) in yesterday’s test that I would Deactivate each of the plugins to see which one was causing the Error message.
I then Deactivated ALL of the plugins (except SG Optimiser) and I still obtained the Error message.
I checked with GTmetrix and the Load Time of 967mS is now 886mS, but the command ‘cache-control max-age=0, public‘ is still present.
Do you have any further tests or suggestions I can carry out?
Cheers!

In reply to: Memcache not working because of ‘cache-control: max-age=0, public’Hi George – thanks for your time and your patience on this – much appreciated.
Today I have been debugging what plugins were causing the Memcache to fail. The WP Rocket and the Clean Talk Antispam triggered the URL being tested not to be found in Memcache.
When you visited my website, you probably timed it when I had most of the plugins disconnected and was reactivating them one by one.
As it seems I am going around in circles and getting nowhere fast, it looks like I need a developer.
Thanks again for your time George – and regards,
Alan

In reply to: Memcache not working because of ‘cache-control: max-age=0, public’Hello George – thanks for your response. Much appreciated.
Firstly, I am not familiar with Sandbox techniques. I am non-technical, however I looked at a few YouTubes to familiarise myself and assumed from this you created a sandbox site to somehow simulate my website header. When I clicked on the link, it produced this data:
General
- The server’s clock is correct.
- The Content-Length header is correct.
Content Negotiation(Content Negotiation response )
- The resource doesn’t send Vary consistently.
- Content negotiation for gzip compression is supported, saving 55%.
Caching
- The resource last changed 62 days 15 hr ago.
- This response allows all caches to store it.
- This response allows a cache to assign its own freshness lifetime.
Validation(ETag Validation response ) (Last-Modified Validation response )
- If-None-Match conditional requests are supported.
- The 304 response is missing required headers.
- If-Modified-Since conditional requests are supported.
- The 304 response is missing required headers.
Partial Content(Partial Content response )
- A ranged request returned the correct partial content.
Comment: Sorry George, but this doesn’t tell me anything I can understand.
I tried installing the HTTP plugin, but it would not work on my version 6.3 website. It returned this error message, which I am unable tor resolve technically.Warning!

Many thanks!I have been using Clean Talk’s plugin for almost four years. I have really appreciated the many features that it offers – especially the Spam and Brute Force reports. It is a GREAT plugin and works effectively.
I think every webmaster needs to consider installing Clean Talk on their websites to appreciate the many benefits of making sure websites are secure on the internet.

In reply to: [AMP] Google message ‘Referenced AMP URL is not an AMP’Hi Milind – thanks for your prompt response.
Yes, I have gone to my hosting service and have made adjustments to my cache and optimisation plugin.
Today, Google indicated that 1 file has been approved – so the outstanding number is now 15. They also said that 4 files had passed their Indexing process – but that hasn’t changed things much.I have requested that Google do an analysis of my website. They provide a code that is placed as a TXT entry in the DNS. This will take at least 24 hours for the process to start.
Given that many of these files haven’t changed much over the past couple of years or more, I guess it’s more Google that is generating these issues than my files, as the files look okay on my mobile device.
If the worst comes to the worst, I guess I will have to open up each offending file, make a small change to it and then republish – hoping that the AMP plugin corrects any old code that may be causing a problem.
I’ll keep you updated. Thanks for the support Milind.
