Have you tried disabling accessibility mode yet?
At the right-top corner of your Widgets Manager page you should see “Screen Options” button, click on it you will see “Disable accessibility mode” button. Good luck!

Firstly, I think you should deactivate all plugins, change your wordpress to default theme and let’s see what happens.
After that, if nothing good happens, you might install a File Manager plugin like this one: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-editor/. Now you may need to enable WordPress Debug Mode(by open wp-config.php file, and set ‘WP_DEBUG’ to true ), now when you visit your site, some error messages should be displayed. Good luck.
