Tracking of images seems to have stopped now.
Thank you for considering adding tracking search categories in future versions.

Thanks for your quick response.
I have already enabled “Track search” and I can see “Site Search Keywords”, “Pages Following a Site Search” and “Search Keywords with No Results” but can’t see any entry in “Search Categories”
from behaviour -> site search (you can check the same)
I am familiar with HTML.
I don’t have a download attribute like this (https://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_a_download.asp)

But anyway is there any way I can stop tracking for particular file extensions?
