Thanks for answering here.
I followed the instructions, but it did not solve the problem. Although purchased item’s status in “My Orders” on my account page is “completed”, and Purchased items were not added to “My Courses” on my account page when I click the Start Course button.

Once the status is complete, you can’t answer again…
