@miniorange Plugin is working fine
Still no response? Not even a, “Hey, we’re looking into the problem!”. I’ve come across other plugins that have removed this functionality as well, but there is a simple checkbox that fixes the issue in the plugin settings. What a shame that the Ultimate Member plugin authors are completely ignoring this issue. If you’re not ignoring the issue, then how about that, “Hey, we’re looking into the problem!”
So it appears the Ultimate Member team doesn’t care about this issue since it’s been over
a week5 months without any response. We all understand that there is a “pro” version of the plugin and support might be limited for the “free” plugin. However, the issue is that this “free” plugin is stripping away some functionality of a very popular theme. Regardless of the plugin version this should not be happening and the Ultimate Member team needs to find a solution.- This reply was modified 8 years, 8 months ago by mantonio77.
Any chance there’s a solution to this issue yet???
Ok, I have the server time synced with WordPress time, activated the plugin, and still wasn’t able to log in. I’ll send an email as suggested.

In reply to: [File Away] Flight Box not opening on mobile or tablet devicesI came up with a solution that works good enough. Just commenting out line 29 of inc.declarations.php does the trick and now Flightbox is enabled on mobile devices. From a usability standpoint I prefer having Flightbox enabled on mobile since it’s responsive and scales the image to fit the viewport. Uploading a copy of inc.declarations.php to the Woffice child theme doesn’t seem to override the changes although I override other plugins quite a bit by doing the same. Anyway, an option to enable Flightbox on mobile devices would be a nice feature in future versions in my opinion.

In reply to: [File Away] Flight Box not opening on mobile or tablet devicesThat explains it then! Is it possible to enable it for at least tablets? I don’t care as much about phones so I’m just looking to enable Flightbox for at least 1024 x 768.

In reply to: [File Away] Bulk Action Mode select action dropdown missing in mobileAlso just noticed that this only seems to happen in portrait view. The dropdown is visible in landscape view, but still missing the div.chozed-container unless that doesn’t matter.
The update seems to have fixed the issue. Thank you so much!
You might want to check the Wordfence firewall rules. I’m using Gravity Forms and there was a -200 HTTP error being thrown when some users tried to upload a file. It was very sporadic and did not happen for every user. The rule that was causing the issue for me was the last rule, Malicious File Upload (PHP). Once I unchecked that rule the error stopped appearing. The inspector also showed a 403 when attempting to upload, but Gravity Forms displayed a -200. You can see the thread I started here.

The firewall rule, Malicious File Upload (PHP), was triggering the error for me. I can keep Wordfence enabled along with the firewall now as long as that rule is not active. However, I’d still like to know if there’s a fix for this since that is one rule that I would definitely like to keep active. Anyone have any suggestions???
Besides disabling the plugin I have tried keeping Wordfence enabled, but disabled the firewall which will also fix this issue. Something in the firewall rules seems to be causing the error. I first thought it might be the category “file_upload” so I unchecked them one by one only to see the same issue. By disabling the firewall completely the error does not appear. This will at least keep the “Basic WordPress Protection” active, but I’m not sure how much the plugin is actually protecting at this point. Oh, and I should also mention that this error is showing for more than just certain images. Certain images seem to trigger the error, but I have also seen it for PDFs as well. I only allow jpg, jpeg, png, and pdf file formats in the upload fields.

In reply to: Cannot access plugins page after updating to 4.6I should have also mentioned that I did do a restore back to 4.5.3, but the issue still seemed to exist although it never happened before the first attempt to update to 4.6. There really could have been an issue with the update and Chrome stored it in cache so it appeared the problem still existed after the restore. Anyway, I have since updated back to 4.6 with no apparent issues.
