Dear Pathan, thank you for your reply.
I am using your portfolio filter plugin on a test site, not yet online right now.
As an artist, a sort option via categories is a thing, a lot of portfolio filter galleries could use.
Actually I am interested in production / publication dates but I could manipulate my image upload dates accordingly. I could sort all image entries in a portfolio site by hand, but a “sort by date” category option would be very intriguing.
At present, I do use an archive page provided by theme twenty twenty-five, but a solution with a date cathegory “chronologic order” button among the portfolio filters would be the most elegant, not only for me but for lots of people publishing their art work.
