As we discussed earlier today, a solution has been found for this problem. I’m documenting it here for other people who would have the same problem.
It seems that there is a conflict between the Disqus plugin and WP-Highrise-Contact plugin. However, if you disable comments for the page where the contact form is, the problem disappears.

Simply go on the home page of the WP-Highrise-Contact plugin here: http://ww.wp.xz.cn/tags/wp-highrise-contact
