Or a filter at least for the Knowledge base, based on was it a PDF or Page or Post etc

Thanks for continuing to look into this. Here’s everything consolidated with the requested test page info included: ✅ Knowledge Base Import Method

• The data was imported using WordPress Content Import
• PDF import currently fails (Error: [object Object]), so I manually added:
  • PDF text content
  • The URLs to the associated PDF files

This issue occurs for both:
✅ WordPress-imported pages
✅ Manually added pages

So the link formatting problem appears after retrieval in the chatbot interface. ✅ Test Page for Reproduction (Safe Example)

You can use this page to reproduce the HTML-tag URL bug:

(This is only a test page used specifically for debugging experiments.)

Chat prompt that triggers the issue:

or
“I would like to make a high-end speaker”

❌ What Happens

Inside the admin transcript view → URLs look correct ✅
But in the live widget → chatbot appends stray HTML tags ❌

Example output:

When a user copies one of those links, the browser interprets the tags as part of the URL → becomes encoded:

.../streamamp-solo/%3C/a%3E%3C/p%3E

This behavior breaks the outgoing link for the user. ✅ Current Chat Model

I believe it cuts the link lenght if its too long. (which is maybe not the best)
