Thanks so much for the incredibly quick reply.

It is the field labels such as First Name etc. that don’t seem to be working.

Our site is http://narbars.org and I currently have plugin version 1.24 installed which is the last version that showed the labels.

After removing and reloading the Banner plug-in, it finally displayed the banner
