In reply to: [Hostinger Tools] Quick question about plugin featuresHey @devinodell
Thanks for reaching out. I can confirm that all features of the Hostinger Tools plugin are accessible directly from that main screen. We designed the interface to be a ‘one-stop shop,’ so you don’t have to navigate through multiple sub-menus to manage your redirects, maintenance mode, or security settings. If you see those options on your dashboard, you are all set!
For a deeper dive into each feature, you can check out our tutorial here: How to Use Hostinger Tools Plugin. Please note that we are currently in the process of updating this article to reflect the latest UI changes and features, so it will be fully up-to-date very soon.
Also, if you ever need quick support or guidance while working in WordPress, feel free to try our Kodee AI Assistant. It’s built to help you handle admin tasks and answer WordPress-related questions instantly!

In reply to: [Hostinger Tools] Quick question about update infoHello @aiyanabrigg
Thanks for the kind words! We’re glad you’re finding the site info and redirect tools useful.
To clarify, Hostinger Tools updates work exactly like any other standard WordPress plugin. When a new version is released, you will see a notification in your dashboard. It is completely safe and highly recommended to update, as these releases include important security patches and ensure compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress.
If you’d like to automate this, we recommend enabling Smart Auto-updates in your hPanel. This feature is designed to be extra safe by taking a backup before the update occurs. You can find more details in our documentation on WordPress automatic updates.

In reply to: [Hostinger Tools] XML-RPC is still publicly accessibleHello @wordpressforumhelp
Thanks a lot for reporting the issue. There was actually a bug in the “Disable XML-RPC” functionality. It has now been fixed on our codebase and it will be available in the next version of the plugin, to be released this week.

In reply to: [Black Studio TinyMCE Widget] Updates? As mentioned in the other thread, at the moment there are no known compatibility issues with PHP 8.1.
If you’re still having issues, I’d suggest following the troubleshooting guide included in our FAQ in order to locate the source of the issue and get back here with additional info about how to reproduce the problem.
At the moment there are no known compatibility issues with PHP 8.1.
I was not able to reproduce the reported problem with the following setup:
- WordPress Version 6.1.4 (which should be almost equal to the mentioned 6.1.1)
- Black Studio TinyMCE Version 2.7.2
- Page Builder by SiteOrigin Version 2.18.2
I suspect you may have a modified version of Page Builder by SiteOrigin since you named it like “ThinkUpThemes compatible”.
I’d suggest following the troubleshooting guide included in our FAQ in order to locate the source of the issue and get back here with additional info about how to reproduce the problem.

In reply to: [Black Studio TinyMCE Widget] Plugin not showing activate / deactivateIs there any other plugin not having the “Deactivate” link or Black Studio TinyMCE Widget is the only one in that situation?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Black Studio TinyMCE Widget] Plugin not showing activate / deactivateHi @rivers2m
this is pretty unusual as the plugin itself does not control the presence of the Activate / Deactivate links.
Does your site is in a network (multisite)? In that case, it’s possible that the plugin is activated network-wide and you can’t deactivate it on a single sub-site.
Or maybe is it installed in the mu-plugins directory?

In reply to: [Black Studio TinyMCE Widget] Updates?Hi @mhales86
I got the file you sent me, but I was not able to reproduce the problem you reported. Everything looks fine on my side.
I would suggest investigating the first error in console that appears on your screenshot:
Uncaught SintaxError: "" string literal contains an unescaped line break
as it could be the cause.

In reply to: [Black Studio TinyMCE Widget] Updates?Sure, it can help, even if I would recommend to wait for the feedback of the Weaver Xtreme Plus plugin authors.
Anyway, you can submit the paid plugin to the support contact email available here https://www.blackstudio.it/en/contacts/ (i.e. via WeTransfer or by sharing a link to a file shared on a cloud platform).

In reply to: [Black Studio TinyMCE Widget] Updates?Thank you for the update. Unfortunately, I am not able able to reproduce the issue as the Weaver Xtreme Plus plugin is not publicly available.
If the authors of that plugin will fix the conflict, I would be glad if you can post an update here.

In reply to: [Better Font Awesome] Disable CDN for css filesHi there,
I have the same need expressed by @zaaz28 .
In Italy, many site owners are receiving privacy complaints due to the fonts loaded via a CDN (Google Fonts, Font Awesome, etc), because some personal data (i.e. the visitor’s IP address) are transferred outside of the European Union.
It would be ideal to have a solution like the one provided by the plugin Embed Google Fonts also for Font Awesome.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Black Studio TinyMCE Widget] Updates? The plugin is still actively maintained and it has been fully tested up to WordPress 6.0.
At the moment, we are not aware of any issues with WordPress 6.1, but if you’re having problems, please follow the instruction on troubleshooting in our FAQ and provide us with additional details regarding the issues.Forum: Plugins
