Hi @khaztiel, thanks for your reply! I don’t have a problem with the external cron job; the issue is with how the plugin works in version 2.8.17—the same problem reported by @riceooks. In fact, once I switched back to version 2.8.15, everything started working properly again, and the scheduled campaigns (via cron) run every time.
So I would also ask you to check for any issues with version 2.8.17, where the “Next Run” time for scheduled campaigns gets stuck and doesn’t trigger automatically.
Hi, I’ve encountered the same issue with version 2.8.17 of the plugin (I’m running WordPress 6.8.3 with external cron enabled, while DISABLE_WP_CRON is disabled). Everything worked fine for quite some time before I updated the plugin, but now I’ve noticed that scheduled campaigns are no longer running automatically. They only work if I start them manually.

I didn’t mean to integrate the functionality, I just meant to integrate those “simplified” instructions and an image and/or example file in addition to the default one that you can already download. This would provide a more immediate understanding of how to import users with some Learndash-related data.
In any case, thank you for your assistance and for the work done with this plugin.
