Sorry for not updating, it’s solved now, I know some people may have issues with microcache, it wasn’t the problem in my case, apparently Webempresa has some kind of regional limitation and while it allows everyone in the world to access the website, only people from spanish speaking countries can access the admin part of the site, and because the Charitable form works with admin-ajax.php, it wasn’t processing when people from countries that don’t speak spanish like Morocco, China and USA tried to made donations, so I manually added a bunch of countries into a whitelist, and after they resetted the configurations, it started working and now I don’t have any issues so far, thank you, I will mark this thread as solved.
Update: I already sent a ticket to webempresa because it may be a problem of microcache, I noticed that even after deactivating every cache plugin, the website still had cache going on (I checked it out in developer tools, in the network section under response headers). My client noticed that if you try to make a donation out of Spain (like in Morocco for example), it also gives that error, so it may be something related to geolocalization? Maybe it has to do with cache too (although I tried donating several times before from my country and it worked too). Anyways, the things is want them to add the debug code in the wp-config.php and add the donation and ajax related stuff to exclusions of the microcache, so we can determine what’s the issue.
@dimensionmedia Update: it’s still happening, is there a way of showing you the error? Maybe a place where it’s saying something? Otherwise I don’t know what to do. At this point I don’t even know if it is related to cache at all.
@dimensionmedia Thank you for your response. The issue happened with Litespeed Cache as well, althought Litespeed probably wasn’t working due to other issues, I installed W3 yesterday. I did the exclusion thing with litespeed but only with the donar subpage, I will try these with W3 now, I will let you know if I stopped having this issue in the next few days.

In reply to: [Smart Coupons For WooCommerce Coupons] Spanish languageI already solved it myself, I went to the loco translate plugin, and inside the translation I choose “relocate” and then “custom” and that’s it, hopefully it will work for other people.

In reply to: [Dynamic Pricing and Discount Rules] Problem with € symbol on variationsAlso, the symbol has a little space before the money amount as you can normally see, but on the variations it doesn’t have any space, it’s like it’s not obeying the woocommerce configuration of the symbol in the options menu.

In reply to: [Dynamic Pricing and Discount Rules] Problem with € symbol on variationsOk, so, I tried to paste a picture on the comment but it’s not showing, so I guess you will have to access the website and check it out yourself, it’s present in every iteration of the product price widget, and you can see the problem in the first iteration on the homepage, on the section “productos destacados”
