I clicked on the link, and got a message that it is not to be used for support questions, only general inquiries. I have to use Premium Support. I clicked the link for Premium Support, and it said my Premium account is expired, I need to renew it. I couldn’t remember my password, so I entered my email for them to send me a reset link. I got a message that that email doesn’t exist in the system.
So I give up. I know you can’t do anything about this, since it’s a problem on the PrettyLink site, but I’m tired of messing with it.
