we fixed the bug after doing more research, and turned off Order Attribution, the feature that shows what source the order had.
HOWEVER, we still have the problem that we have no way to contact support if anything’s is coming up in the future, as it says our Woo Sub is not connected with the website. So how do we get someone that can help us there, so we have access to support?

the thing is the Customer WANTED to be charged and continue our service.
I guess he canceled first (as most people do, to not run into a subscription they don’t want) and then proactively wanted to continue and found this way to make a continious payment. I think he did the through the woocommerce generated “my-account” page?
