that did it! resolved. I saw that strong tag..didnt know how to fix.

The control allows me to change font size.
but it doesnt affect the style.

did one more switch. now seems to be working ok.
but i was using josephin sans – the main nav was stuck on bold.
then tried roboto then raleway..and both were still stuck.
of course as soon as i ask for help. it works.
