Now I embed directly the maps from Google maps site into my pages. It works well and I don’t need a special plugin. But if you want a plugin I know there are other ones than “comprehensive googol maps”
The same for me, and also the link button.
Had to desactivate Comprehensive Google Maps. Will this plugin be updated to match with wp 4.00 ?

In the meantime, I’ve got the solution.
In the French version of WP it is to find under “apparence” and then “haut de page”
It’s not called Dynamic top top.
Hope it will be the same for you.
