The emails aren’t in spam, unfortunately. I recently changed hosts and changed over my email..do I contact my host?

Thank you for your reply. The user (test/dummy account) is there, but I cannot log in from the test account. I also did not get an email sent to my test email address when I created the user. When I hit “send reset link” I do not get an email sent to my test email address. Does that make sense?
