This has been solved through facebook direct message with brizy. The issue was with a plugin

I’ve just noticed that it was a problem with the copy pasting I did changing the characters. All sorted now 🙂

Thanks, I figured it would be something like that. I’ve put in the code but now I’m getting this error

The snippet has been deactivated due to an error on line 3:

syntax error, unexpected ‘&’

Thanks very much for your response. Can you tell me how to make the form multi-page? is there some simple setting, and is it in google forms or in the plugin?
