Ok, this is what i’ve found.
disabled Jetpack ContactForm.
Installed Contact Form 7, and soon the mail issue was fixed, the problem was that Contact Form 7 does not save anything in the database.
So i’ve installed Contact Form 7 Database which save the forms from Contact Form 7.
At the moment all is working: is very disappointing and frustrating that Jetpack is not able to work as intended…
ThanksHi.
No, that makes no difference at all.
Disabled Askimet and nothing changed.
Im very disappointed.Well, i have the SMTP plugin installed, if i leave a comment or register a new user, i receive mail notification.
Also, i have Check Mail plugin and my test mail is received correctly.
The only thing that’s not working is the contact form.
[contact-form to='[removed by moderator]’ subject=’Richiesta contatto per CittadinanzAttiva Toscana’][contact-field label='Nome' type='name' required='1'/][contact-field label='E-mail' type='email' required='1'/][contact-field label='Sito web' type='url'/][contact-field label='Tema' type='select' options='Indica il tema del tuo messaggio...,Ambiente,Consumatori,Diritti,Giustizia,Salute,Scuola,Altro...'/][contact-field label='Messaggio' type='textarea' required='1'/][/contact-form]
And this form doesn’t work even if i change my email address with many different one.- This reply was modified 7 years, 2 months ago by James Huff. Reason: email address removed by moderator

In reply to: Jetpack Contact form and comments: no email receivedJust done, ive used SocketLabs and GmailSMTP with this results:
– if i post a comment, i receive notification
– if a new user is created, i receive notification
– if someone send a contact request, i do NOT receive notificationForum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Jetpack Contact form and comments: no email receivedI have re-posted the ticket on your suggested place, but..
BUT i want to add that i don’t receive notification on my email even when:
1) adding a new user on the site and flag “notify the user”
2) posting a comment on the site
3) receiving a comment on the site
In all these case, i think its a WordPress issue, and not a jetpack one.
Have tested the same problem on another WordPress blog hosted by a different provider and using a different email address.
Can u give some hint? Thanks
