  • regenerating the product attributes did it. We have in total around 2.000 products in the system. As my installation is in German I didn’t find the entry in “tools” at first. Fired it this morning and everything’s back to normal.

So, that did it. No need for another issue to be opened.

    Thanks.

And I found the reason. An update of WooCommerce seems to have f***ed up the attributes.

Stumbled upon the discussion here: https://developer.woocommerce.com/2022/03/08/woocommerce-6-3-released/

There are some people complaining about the exact same issue.

Now, what did I do to verify.

    – I went to a category page: https://comudora.com/produkt-kategorie/wein/rosewein/
    – The first entry – for me at least – is the following product: https://comudora.com/shop/wein/rosewein/ammos-rose-cuvee/
    – This product has the attribute value “Rumänien” for the attribute “Land”
    – Now if I filtered by “Rumänien” under “Herkunftsland” this exact product didn’t appear.
    – Afterwards I edited the product, entered some other value, reset it back to “Rumänien” and went back to the page mentioned at first.
    – Now filter again for “Rumänien” and voila, the product appears.

Now, it’s not realistic to go through every product and remove the attributes and set them back.

    What can we do?

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

any success with the issue? I’m facing the exact same problem. Disabled all plugins, cleaned the complete cache, etc. Everything that’s been mentioned here.

But, no success. Filters are not working properly. With some filters they show just a few entries, others show nothing at all, etc.

I use the YITH filter plugin, but even when I switch to the default filters by WooCommerce, with every other plugin disabled, they don’t work as they should.

What I observed, if I enable to show the count of products behind each filter, they show a bigger – probably correct – number than the products that are actually shown when using a filter.

The only change the happened was an automated update of WordPress from 5.9.1 to 5.9.2. Are there any reports that WP 5.9.2 somehow breaks filtering in Woo?

Looking forward to some feedback as my production site is affected.

    Hoping we’ll get this resolved.

    Hi,

I’m having the exact problem. There is no “featured content” appearing in the customizer.

I have the following plugins installed:

    • Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR / CCPA
    • Members
    • Ninja Forms
    • WP Maintenance Mode
    • Help is much appreciated.

If you need any more info or screenshots, let me know.

      Thanks
      Marius
