In reply to: [WP Product Review Lite] W3 Total Cache Plugin ProblemI couldn’t really give you an estimate, one reason would be having other bug fixes that need taking care of and represent bigger problems.
Also, finals are coming soon and many members of our team are students, this will probably slow down the process 🙂
This is only a rough estimate, I’d say it will be fixed between 1 and few months, unfortunately this is not what I’d consider a high priority bug-fix.
Also, if you are only using WP Product Review on a pretty low number of posts and pages, you can exclude them from Caching in W3 Total Cache’s settings.

Sorry for the late answer, unfortunately this is how the plugin currently works, making the edits you want require good coding skills, I do not recommend you to change the code.
Your 2 questions make 2 great suggestions actually, I’ll pass this to our team and we’ll likely add them in our future updates.The second one brings a problem though, if you have 2 scores on page, which one will be used for Google Rich Snippets. Also, which one will be used in the widgets?

Sorry for the late answer, I just inspected your website and tried with both Firefox and IE, they seem to be working fine.
Can you mention exactly what versions you are using, as well as what Operating System so I can better debug this?
So far, I haven’t been able to replicate the issue.

Install Simple Custom CSS (or any other CSS plugin), go to Appearance->Custom CSS and add this line:
#main-nav {position: relative !important;}Let me know if this does what you needed.

I don’t think you can do it without using the shortcodes, which is a PRO addon only. I believe it can be done by editing the custom post files as well, but you’ll need some decent knowledge to do it this way.

In reply to: [Zerif Lite] Change the "Our happy clients text"The easier way to do it is from your website’s dashboard -> Appearance->Editor -> about_us.php and simply replace that text with your desired one.
It’s a 30 seconds task, the 5 steps method is way too complicated, but it works 🙂
