  • Hey, I have reviewed your website and via the console you can see that the images that are not showing shows 404 error, which basically means that the images can’t be found on your hosting. Try to re-upload the images and it should fix the issue.

Hey there! I have reviewed your website, and it seems alright, the menu items are responsive, however, I would recommend to decrease the font size or have less items in the meny by grouping them and having Main Categories/Groups and adding sub-items in the menu.

Hey there! I have looked into the website you provided, and it’s quite hard to understand what elements you want to adjust, could you possibly provide a screenshot with elements selected/highlighted?

Hey there, I found one plugin that uses GBT and it has many functionalities including translations: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/ai-engine/.

    Just please note:

AI Engine is a plugin that helps users connect their websites to AI services like OpenAI’s ChatGPT or Microsoft Azure. Users need their own API key and must follow the rules set by the AI service they choose.

    Hey there!

There are 2 simple ways to migrate your website/change the directory for it. The thing is, that the links need to be updated if you change the root URL. If you use a Free plugin like All-in-one-wp-migration to create a backup and restore it to another location, it would do the work automatically, however, if you just moved the files, you need to update the links. You can do it by using this plugin: Better-Search-Replace.

Search for the old URL: mamaesabe.com/blog and replace it with the new URL: mamaesabe.com and it should work just fine afterward

    Hey there!

Developers tend to install PRO Versions that requires paid licenses. So in your case, it might be that the license expired or canceled. Such plugins in your case Elementor Pro requires paid license for support, for updates and for use.

I would recommend checking in the plugin settings if the license is still valid and if not, renewing it or using the FREE version.

In regards the other problem with SEO, could you provide the plugin list you use?

    Hey there!

Could you clarify a bit more, what exactly is not working? Do you get 404/page not found errors when accessing links in your menu?

If so, that means, that while migrating your website to different domain, you missed a file called .htaccess, which has your permalink structure configured in, and missing this, will cause pages not to load, or erros “404”.

There is an easy fix for that, simply god to Settings -> Permalinks, and re-save it, that will automatically update these rules, and pages should work just fine.

If there are some images not showing up, you might need to update your website URL. What that means, depending on the way you used to migrate your website, most of the files might have old links (old domain name) as a URL, and that is why it might not show up, since URL of the images does not match the URL of your website. In order to solve this, you can use the plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/better-search-replace/

You just add your old domain name in the “Search for” field and add the new one in the “Replace with” field. Select all the tables and proceed. It will show you how many links got replaced. This should solve the issue.

P.S Always make sure to have a backup of your website before performing such actions.

    Hello there,

The most comon reason for such issues is caused by a plugin conflicts. The error could be caused by a conflict with one of the plugins installed on your WordPress site.

Try disabling plugins one by one and see if the error disappears and if you are able to upload your media. If it does, you can isolate the problematic plugin and find a replacement or contact the plugin author for support.

Also, 404 errors, might be, that the .htaccess file has been changed/edited and there are some issues with your permalinks structure. In order to resolve the most common issues for 404 errors in pages, go to:

Settings -> Permalinks, and re-save the settings, it will re-generate the rules and update your .htaccess file for you! hope that helps!

    Hey there!

WordPress has Gravatar integrated in it, so if you wish to use a profile picture, you could follow the steps below:

    1. Visit gravatar.com and sign in using your WordPress account or click on Create your Gravatar to create a new account.
    2. From the Gravatar dashboard, you can select the email address for which you’ll be using the image as a profile picture.
    3. After creating an account, you can upload the image and go through steps like editing the image and providing an image rating as guided by Gravatar.

Also note, besides Gravatar, as the admin of your website, you can configure avatar options for your users as well. Simply log in to your WordPress site’s Dashboard and navigate Settings >> Discussion.  Scroll down below until you reach the Avatar section and configure them as per your wishes!

    Hope that helps!

    I see this meta:

We are here to help you begin your digital business journey. we provide you Web Design and digital marketing support for your business.

Is this what it should be? If so, make sure to clear your website/browser cache.

Hi, by looking into your homepage, it seems that WordPress doesn’t recognize the builder you are using, which by the look of it is: the Divi page builder.

Make sure that the plugin is enabled, otherwise, please contact their support, since it’s a commercial product.

Could you please share a bit more, what is the goal of this?
Do you want to track and display some products that people recently purchased, or is it some data for yourself?

In hosting, files can only disappear for these reasons:

    1. Someone gain access to your server/hosting account.
    2. Malware in your WordPress website.
    3. Accidentally deleted by yourself.
    4. Some failure of the server of your Hosting provider, which is the rarest case.

Make sure you update your login credentials and would recommend scanning your website just in case.

Hey there! There might be plenty of reasons why.

First of all, I would suggest checking if you are not reaching any limits of memory (RAM) at your hosting provider, or if you are not getting any 503 errors.

Secondly, try to check Disable/Delete all the plugins of your WordPress that has no use, or are not in use at that moment.

Also, make sure you are using the latest versions of WP and other plugins!
