sorry my mistake… i kept trying to work on it and removed it in frustration.
It’s back in the sidebar via the link above.
Thanks Jamie,
I sometimes forget that ‘multi-vendor’ means a buyer in one purchase can log goods from multiple vendors in their cart and yes I have contacted Chris from Plugin Pro’s to look into the Marketship issues.
I guess I was after a default (simplified) option that may be a question for Woocommerce, where the vendor can manually list shipping rates in the ‘add products’ screen. That would sort out my minor issue and leave you in peace (i see my users as small time/single seller, not shop owners).
But that brings me back to my initial question about WC Vendors picking Woocommerce order details, which you explained “Its not as simple as picking up the shipping from the order”. I feel like i’m chasing my tail a bit here.
Once again, I appreciate you taking the time to explains things to me.

MarkHi Jamie and Lloyd,
where does WC Vendors pick up the order amount from each sale? If it is from the Woocommerce order page, the shipping rate is right there?
Seems like WC Vendors is bypassing Woocommerce shipping figures for the shipping plugin figure.
Lloyd you mentioned that “Not all shipping plugins compatible with WooCommerce automatically work with WC Vendors because their functionalities need to be extended to WC Vendors. This may be done with custom development or integration.” – Who would do this? WC Vendors for a fee or are you suggesting someone else?
I think it would be simpler to re-code to pick up shipping from the Woocommerce orders page as the plugin ‘Marketship’ I purchased affects other parts of my site (vendor dashboard) when activated.
Is the market too small for what I am asking?

Mark“Nope” well… straight to the point aren’t we. And top marks for courtesy and customer service!
I don’t suppose you offer a refund because your software is totally impractical for my use?

Hi Jamie,
thanks for the response.
I am using ‘Innozilla Per Product Shipping WooCommerce PRO’ at the moment.
Wouldn’t (or shouldn’t) WC Vendors just look at the orders field in Woocommerce to get shipping, is that where it picks up the order amounmt?
I’d like to get this sorted, do you have another suggestion other than the Innozilla plugin that works with WC Vendors?
regards
MarkThanks Lloyd,
i’ve looked into it further and the problem is not Payouts.
In WC Vendors General settings, I have selected ‘Give any shipping to the seller’ option.
WC Vendors commission table that is not picking up the shipping amount from Woocommerce so understandably ‘Payouts’ can’t pick it up.
So if anyone here who has a good understanding of WC Vendors and might know why it is not recognizing the shipping amount that is showing up in the Woocommerce orders tab, i’d appreciate your help!
regards
MarkUnfortunately this topic seems to ‘cross borders’ (payouts, woocommerce, wc vendors, paypal) so it is difficult to find an answer from the right source
