1. We are accessing Smart Manager using the WP Administrator account and it still doesn’t work. I have also tried creating a new ‘Shop Manager’ user profile in WP and updating the Smart Manager settings but this profile doesn’t work either.

2. It still asks for a login every time I navigate to another screen when using the WP Administrator account.

Note that in row changes made from the Smart Manager screen are being saved for products on our site. We just can’t access or edit products using the Edit function.
