There is a folder in our plugin called languages. In there you will find .po and .mo files with pairs of msgid with a msgstr. You can take the same msgid’s for the translations you’d like to add and fill in the german equivalent of the msgstr. The file should be called woocommerce-myparcel-de_DE.po and woocommerce-myparcel-de_DE.mo
