I set-up a text field instead of email.Thank you!
After uploading the file when going to the web adress it gives a redirect loop error.
After clearing cookies acces is granted again.I have no log.
“This error is probably due to a hosting/server error. Check your PHP Log.”

In reply to: password for user account 'root' is not validThank you for the quick response. But not the right answer jet. Removed them all and still same message. The problem is that WebMatrix gives you no option to choose another account user, it just asks for the account user password from user “root”.

In reply to: password for user account 'root' is not validi installed a new version of mysql 5.5 and used a new password an created the user root for this version.
after this started the new web platform installer 4.0 and tried to login. no succes, the same message as stated here above. you cannot change login data except for the password at this stage in the wpi.
anyone any advise for this matter?
