We have identified the issue in v1.19.1 related to Shipping Phone Required for 3D Secure, and our team has completed a fix. The patch is scheduled for deployment this Thursday.
We’ll update you again once the release is live. We appreciate your patience while we finalize the rollout.

Our plugin and our underlying payment gateway actually consume the billing address name, which is most relevant in terms of minimizing fraud and chargebacks.

This should address the styling issues you noted. Please update if/when convenient and let us know if there is anything else we can help with.

Sorry to hear you experienced issues with the recent version releases. A new version was released this morning which may resolve the issue you described.
One thing to watch out for are issues with site caching solutions – we’ve seen a few instances recently where sites update the plugin files during the update, but serve some old resources to users. This typically results in a “token failure” of some sort.
