As I mentioned above yes, all plugins deactivated apart from woo commerce 5.1.0.
I kept my theme installed while testing which is Jupiter x version 1.23.0

I’m sorry to say that I am also having the same issue as above. Shame because the plugin has been useful to me.
To test I deactivated all the plugins accept for the latest woocommerce than wne through all the plugins one by one to see what was causing the issue. When I turned this plugin on the woo product data options vanish. Turn it off and they appear again.
