I had the exact same issue when updating to 4.6. Thank you @wpsite for creating a speedy fix. This is why we buy proper grown up themes, because the support is awesome.
Its likely that you have solved this problem by now but it could be as simple as asking your host to increase your data quota on your hosting server. The same thing happened to me and it was just because there wasnt enough space on the hosting server to accept all the files.
