In reply to: [Import entries for Gravity Forms] Name fields are not completely supportedHi @nowton, sorry about the delay that took some time to fix it. We did release update today that use all subfields including thous that belong to Name field.
@bluesix try to deactivate all plugins except “Gravity forms” and “Import entries for Gravity Forms”. If it’s doesn’t help try activate some of the default themes.
@bluesix please make sure that you use latest version of the core, plugins and themes.
If it’s still don’t help please share your website info. In order to export website info Open admin panel then “Tools” -> “Site Health” -> open Tab “Info” on top of the page, then click “Copy site info to clipboard”.Dear Shubham, we released update that fix this issue. Please check and let us know if it’s resolve.
