It would be helpful if the admin could be sent an email every time a user is blocked along with date/time/IP and reason.
I didn’t realise the problem with the short message, until I’ve been locked out of my own website for a few days for having a not static IP.
There’s no link to the wordpress plug in and no real information about how to get unblocked, I would certainly like to get an email if a person is blocked and can resolve that for a visitor.
I had paid extra for botscout but won’t continue if it blocks me from my site
