this morning our desktop-version also did not work, but did again, when I refreshed the plugin settings. Any thoughts on how that might happened?

Ok,
i figured out the border, it was in the themes CSS and I changed it sucessfully 🙂
Now only the place of appearance of the sucess message is left 🙂
