Hi! Well, the info is in the App and I have a Swedish App Store so the info is in Swedish. But the app is named WooCommerce and is developed by Automattic. JetPack is needed to run the App and in my opinion the App provides less features and is not as good as the “old one”.
Thanks all for the help! I have tried the Autoptimize plugin but had some issues with something that I cannot remember now but I’ll give it another try and see if it works 🙂
However, Woocommerce wants me to use Jetpack to be able to use their new App. I did try the app though and I didn’t like it much so maybe I don’t need Jetpack then.
Hi @kbat82!
Seems Jetpack might be the issue?? I have all other plugins activated now but not Jetpack. Can you please confirm that you do not have the issue either now on your end? What if it is Jetpack, what part of it is causing the trouble? So many thanks!
Hi @kbatdorf,
I have disabled it now but still have the same issue. Any other ideas? Many thanks!
EDIT: I just noticed that the slider works again after some time spent on the page, or rather when I leave the page and get back after some time then it runs correctly. I have seen that there is some sort of timer used for slider which also has a jquery connected to it in the code. Maybe there’s the issue somewhere?

In reply to: [Gmail SMTP] Sometimes not sending e-mailsHi @naa986, yes, test e-mail works. I guess it could be an intermittent issue but it has happened more than one time and it causes trouble and I’d like to know if it’s something that can be fixed.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Slow siteHello @mikeyarce,
I have now changed host to FastComet and I’m at least getting some help. We’ll see what they can accomplish!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Slow siteHello @mikeyarce,
It seems I’m not a good enough (smart enough) guy to figure this out. Or, it is as you say, something that has to do with the host. I did try to deactivate all plugins and reactivate one at a time and I did some speed tests etc. all the while, but I cannot really seem to find a correlation and it’s really frustrating…
Do you know if there is a way to get a real “pro” to help out to try and narrow down the cause of my slow site?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Slow siteHello @mikeyarce!
Thank you for your support and suggestions. I will try this and see if I can narrow it down to a certain plugin. May I ask you, should I experience slow site speed even when I’m logged in as admin and in the admin panel? On the site I undertand that the plugins could be the cause, but I’m also seeing slow response times when editing my site “backend”.
I will start though with the plugins suggestion and see if I can find a cause! Thanks 🙂

In reply to: [Storefront] Header size on homepageHi @jobthomas!
Aha, thank you!! And since I am no “css hero”, would you be able to tell me what css code I should put in my custom css to get rid of that margin? 🙂 (I should tell you that this margin appears even if I remove the slide show or change completely to another page as homepage.)
Hi ILLID,
Yes, this seems to solve the issue! I have excluded advanced-woo-search/assets/js/common.js and advanced-woo-search/assets/js/admin.js from Autoptimize and it all works great now! Many thanks!
