Currently we have the Complianz plugin turned off because of the issues being caused. It has been running smoothly for several weeks without issues. Only since the update 2 days ago have we had problems.
Once we get the next plugin update then we can look at the Integration settings.

As a follow on to this, we are receiving check out errors for users that have accepted the Cookies.
When a cart payment SUBMIT action is made and payment processing is transferred to WorldPay the page crashes.
We have deactivated the plugin for the time being until a fix can be provided. Is it possible to access previous revisions of the plugin while we are waiting for a fix?

Thx Paul, turns out it was ISP cache causing issue – sorry. And thanks for response.
Just had the same issue – displays when viewing site logged-in as Admin. But when viewed without logging-in isn’t displaying. Colleagues site uses and it is displaying. Both sites are on WP 6.7.
Using version: Version 3.0.3
Any thoughts/help appreciated.

UPDATE: ISP had caching problem and just notified that it’s now fixed. So fault our end – ignore this!
I’ve disabled that write option and will monitor. Also sent your message to the ISP for them to monitor as well.

@dangoodman Just ran into exactly the same problem and using Troubleshooting mode I discovered that when ‘WooCommerce PayPal Payments’ plugin is active the Weight Based Shipping doesn’t display field contents in either Shipping or Shipping Zones.
Disable PayPal and it works fine in both.
Workaround is to disable PayPal when making chnages, but not ideal.
@amuletts are you using PayPal?

Andrew went a fix which we tested over the weekend and all worked fine. He says it will be rolled out in the next update.

In reply to: Worldpay gateway Andrew Benbow plug in@rangeandcountry we’ve been liaising with Andrew who sent across a mod 2 days ago but not a 100% fix just yet. Worth sending a support ticket via WooCommerce support as it goes directly to Andrew & any additional stats may help to get a quicker fix.
