Yes. Thank you for response and support. That is what I need. But instead of selector that shows list of all members for him to select,sometimes with time the list may become so long as people registee, so maybe instead of list of members, let it be a single field with a label name that says “recruited by” so that the user can type in the username of the person that recruited him or the person he is recruiting depending on who is doing the registration.

That field should be required and authenticated just for username. So that when he type in a Username, if that username exist in the database, then it will accept it.

After that he will submit the form and it will be submitted but the submission button will redirect him to my desires page.

Then now step.2. I want to have a page in which the database makes a data entry display which allows each user to see list of members he has recruited under his own username and too the employee should be able to see same page but limited to see only the username of the recruiter or employer that recruited him and also the list of other people he has recruited if any.

It works in a way that you get recruited and u can as well recruit others. So recruited members should be able to see username of who recruited them and their username below it. And as well be able to see list of other members they have recruited. I.e they recruit you and you recruit others.
