In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Contacts not being received-intermittent errorThank you, Takayuki-we are aware the orange box is indicative of Spam but we don’t understand why legitimate enquiries through our contact form are being flagged as Spam. Do you have any suggestions based on the content of my original post?

In reply to: Permanently deleted documents in Media still appearingUpdate: I just resolved my issue by renaming the .pdf on my USB and uploading to my Media with a different name. It seems WordPress stores a copy of the old/original version (under original name) *somewhere*, despite me clicking “permanently delete” (and as a result, keeps linking to the old version). How very frustrating, indeed.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Form is not WorkingHi Misterlan,
No, I haven’t resolved the issue yet but have described it to my web developer, who think it might have something to do with Divi (the theme I use on my website)-he will take a look at it tomorrow and let me know if he’s managed to fix it. I can update here once I’ve heard from him.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] No feedback upon submissionHi Takayuki,
I hope you are well? I am having the same issue as the OP above. When I fill out my own contact form-and hit “send”-the grey circle just keeps spinning-I don’t see the message “thank you-your message has been sent”. The enquiry *does* come through to my email though but the form doesn’t respond as it should-it should provide the sender with the message “thank you-your message has been sent”. I’ve only just noticed this as an issue today, when I received 5 emails from the same person (presumably they didn’t know the first one went through so they kept hitting “send”. What could be causing this? You can see the issue for yourself if you go to https://www.cbtcanarywharf.co.uk/contact-marla-stromberg-cbt/ and fill out the contact form-the sender gets no feedback that the message was sent and the grey circle keeps spinning.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Form is not WorkingI’m hoping somebody can help-I have been using this plugin on my website for *years* and all was working fine but as of today, there seems to be a glitch in it; today I received 5 email enquiries (via this contact form) from the same person, which I though odd, so I tested it out myself….filled in the form and put in my own email address and what happens is when I click on “send” the circle just keeps spinning, so it looks like the contact enquiry is not sending, which presumably prompts the prospective client to hit send again and again and again, however, when I clicked on send-the email enquiry did come through-so I’m getting the enquiries, but it does not *look* as though it is sending-to the customer. I have a screenshot of what it looks like but don’t know how to add it here.

In reply to: Gravatar-image is still showing after disabling accountThanks very much James. I’ve emailed the website moderator (the one where I posted the comment) and am awaiting their reply.
Best regards,
MarlaI’m not a developer but my lovely developer is letting me add content, etc. to speed up the process, since I’m a bit WP savvy. I’m using the Divi Visual Builder and noticed that when I change the background colour (which my developer taught me how to do), I can see the changes whilst logged in to WP, but as soon as I either “Preview” in WP *or* logout and view the page logged out of WP-the background colour hasn’t been changed (it’s White). I’m trying to change some of my sections to grey and I’m 100% certain I’m doing it the right way, especially cause I can see the change while logged in to WP, but when I Preview or log out, the changes haven’t been saved (and yet I’m certain I’m saving them…within the section as well as expanding the purple dot and clicking the green “save” button on bottom right side of page. Any thoughts?
