The only issue we’ve seen with this plugin is that the Wordfence scanning server has its IP blocked by our anti-DDoS throttling. You might want to try turning off per-client throttling, or adding those IPs as trusted IP/Subnet

We release bug fixes to the current version as soon as they are available. Force upgrading the server to the current version will get your host the latest build. (The -f in the command above forces the latest build.) I would be happy to explain this to them via email (or even phone or Skype), if they contact us.

This may be caused by a small bug in the latest version of LiteSpeed Web Server. We have fixed it now, though. If you have your own VPS or dedicated server, just upgrade to the latest build of LSWS 4.2.10:
/usr/local/lsws/admin/misc/lsup.sh -f -v 4.2.10
If you’re on shared hosting, ask your host to upgrade LSWS.
