We use the following versions:
PPOM Version 33.0.12
Woocommerce Version 9.9.5
WordPress Version 6.8.1

Unfortunately, we cannot say that the problem only occurs with one product. Some customers have purchased the same product; the information is transmitted for one customer, but not for another.

In all of our test purchases, all information from the PPOM fields was always transmitted. The fields for the selected options were visible in the shopping cart and checkout pages during the tests.
