Does anyone have any ideas on this?
On further investigation into our sites where this is not working, it appears that all of the ones that are not working are WooCommerce enabled websites. Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening?
We have updated to the latest version of WooCommerce and this issue has still not been resolved. Can you please advise as what might be causing this that we could change on our side?

Yes, they have stock and prices in the variations. And if I change a product that is not showing to simple, save it, and then change it back to variable, it appears in the shop.
