I have the same problem.
Since the last update it is not working anymore.
I used the required your-email and your-name labels.
What can I do?
Before it was working fine.

I solved it, just deleted the mailpoet form what I alreadu had before I used the plugin and add a new one.
Now it is working, I only have the feeling the confirmation mail takes more time than with the direct mailpoet form.
